Between the Sheets Martini is an interestingly complex cocktail that is also referred to as a Maiden's Prayer. Try substituting the cognac for peach schnapps for a fruitier flavor. Sexy & sophisticated!


Between The Sheets

• 1 oz rum
• 1 oz cognac
• ½ oz triple sec
• 1 oz water
• ¼ lemon juice
• ¼ oz simple syrup
• 1 orange peel spiral

1) Fill a shaker halfway with ice cubes.
2) Shake the mixture vigorously for 5 to 10 seconds.
3) Strain the drink into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an orange spiral.
